Hi I’m Nate. I’m a freelance animator, designer, and cat dad living in San Diego.

I started tinkering with After Effects animation when I was 14 and have never been able to kick the habit. Five years ago my wife and I decided to move from the rugged mountains of Utah to the rugged freeways of Southern California.

I’ve been fortunate to work on some really cool projects with some great companies and inspiring people. I love collaborating to bring about a creative vision.

My specialty is 2D animation in After Effects.

Nate was incredibly responsive with very impressive turn around times. His creativity and vision enable him to create beautiful video assets that were right on target with what I was trying to convey. He also has great attention to detail, which is critical in an industry like health care where details in data and language are extremely important.
