Project: Crucial Learning/Crucial Conversations

When Crucial Conversations needed a brand refresh for their well-known training videos, they went with a bold aesthetic with a limited color palette. I animated all the GFX elements, and designed many of them. They produced over 100 videos on a tight timeline and needed a rapid post-production process. I created standardized mogrts and templates for use across multiple videos. The “future proofing” was put to the test when a second phase of videos needed to be created several months later.
